Descripción:

- Preciosa campana doméstica, hecha de bronce incluido la bola del badajo y el yugo. El enganche es de hierro.

- Este tipo de campanas se utilizaban para diversos fines, el uso más común era la de avisar de la presencia de ciertos animales, para lo cual se colgaba del collar del animal, pero no es el caso de esta campana ya que tiene un tamaño muy pequeño.

- El hombro, parte superior de la campana, es liso. El medio pie, lugar donde golpea el badajo, tiene un anillo rebajado.

- El yugo que conserva es el original, y consiste en una pieza de bronce con una forma cercana a la elíptica, anclada en el asa mediante un bulón remachado por ambos lados.

- El enganche tiene mucho óxido, pero la bola se encuentra en muy buen estado, sin óxido, ya que es de bronce.

- La campana está usada, ya que el interior del medio pie tiene varias huellas marcadas del badajo.

- La anilla/asa es muy sencilla, con un diseño elegante.

- Después de analizar detenidamente la campana, hemos llegado a la conclusión que está fundida en dos piezas.

- En la primera fase se funde la copa dejando un hueco en su parte superior. En la segunda fase, se funde el asa, a la que se le incorpora la anilla, que se introduce por el hueco dejado en la copa.

- No se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como otros datos.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- La campana se encuentra en perfecto estado de conservación y completa.

- Mantiene una espectacular pátina de época.

- Tiene pequeños golpes y roces debido al tiempo.

- Beautiful domestic bell, made of bronze including the clapper ball and the yoke. The hook is made of iron.
