Descripción:
- Polvera de latón dorado, de la Primera Mitad del S.XX, estilo Art Decó, que tiene en la tapa trasera un rayado paralelo, y en la delantera un grabado con esmalte negro, en el que se puede ver un coche tirado por un caballo con la torre Eiffel en el fondo.
- El grabado de la tapa delantera tiene la Inscripción “PARIS”, y está firmado por “R. Delaunay”, Robert Delaunay, pintor francés que desarrolló su propio estilo basado en el cubismo. La Torre Eiffel es un tema repetido en muchos de los trabajos firmados por Robert Delaunay. En nuestro caso, el grabado tiene claros rasgos relacionados con el estilo Art Decó.
- El sencillo grabado de líneas paralelas de la parte trasera, responde muy claramente a mucho de los trabajos desarrollados tanto por Robert Delaunay como por su mujer Sonia Delaunay.
- La polvera está fabricada con gran calidad, se encuentra completa y muy bien conservada, con un mínimo desgaste, presentando una bonita pátina.
​Comentarios:
- Es muy raro encontrar trabajos de Robert Delaunay de este tipo, por lo que estimamos que los realizó en contadas ocasiones.
- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.
- Muy interesante como pieza de colección y elemento decorativo.
- Podría quedar espectacular enmarcado, con doble cristal, que permita verse tanto la parte delantera como la trasera.
- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.
- El Objeto presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo, así como algunas manchas. Tiene pequeños desperfectos.

Description:
- Golden brass compact, from the first half of the 20th century, Art Deco style, with a parallel striped pattern on the back cover and a black enamel engraving on the front, showing a horse-drawn carriage with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
- The engraving on the front cover bears the inscription "PARIS", and is signed by "R. Delaunay", Robert Delaunay, Robert Delaunay, Robert Delaunay, Robert Delaunay. Delaunay", Robert Delaunay, a French painter who developed his own style based on Cubism. The Eiffel Tower is a repeated theme in many of Robert Delaunay's signed works. In our case, the engraving has clear traits related to the Art Deco style.
- The simple engraving of parallel lines on the back is very clearly in keeping with much of the work developed by both Robert Delaunay and his wife Sonia Delaunay.
- The compact is made to a high quality, it is complete and very well preserved, with minimal wear, showing a nice patina.
Comments:
- It is very rare to find works by Robert Delaunay of this type, so we estimate that he made them on rare occasions.
- Both the measurements and the weight are approximate.
- Very interesting as a collector's item and decorative element.
- It could be spectacular framed, with double glazing, allowing both the front and the back to be seen.
- Due to the unavoidable differences in tonalities between photos and reality, it must be taken into account that the tones of the colours in the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours.
- The object has some age-related wear and tear, as well as some stains. It has minor flaws.
