The Jam – Dig The New Breed
- is considered The Jam's last official statement.
It documents the band's evolution from fast punk-mod songs (1977) to more complex, socially critical, and soul-influenced compositions (1982).
For fans, it's an important document because it captures the live energy that made The Jam one of the most important British bands of the late '70s and early '80s.
