Si en el plazo de 7 días no recibimos el pago total correspondiente  a la venta + el gasto de manipulación y envío de su compra (o puja ganadora), lo notificaremos a Todocoleccion. 
Todos los envíos son certificados con firma a su recepción, por lo que no cabe la picaresca de que "no he recibido el envío", ya que existe un seguimiento y una firma del receptor (comprador).

Recomendamos a nuestros clientes que si a la recepción del envio (paquete) detectara que este llega en mal estado por la mala manipulación en el transporte,  abran el paquete en presencia de la persona de la compañía de transporte la cual le hace la entrega, para comprobar si el genero llega en optimas condiciones, si el material se encontrara deteriorado, usted, el receptor (comprador) deberá reclamar a dicha persona de la empresa transportista que le hace la entrega.

Boutique Maxi Discos se exime de cualquier responsabilidad a partir de la entrega de los envios

al transportista que efectua dicho transporte.
